Professor Alessandro Cohen is a 5th Dan black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, he began training in 1992 at Clube Paulo Coelho where he remained until brown belt in 2001, when he joined the team of Grand Master Osvaldo Alves, this student of Grand Master Reyson Gracie precursor of Jiu-Jitsu in Amazonas, where he was awarded a Black Belt in April 2005. Cohen is also a brown belt in judo
Tree Amazonense champion in the 90's as a fighter and several regional titles in addition to having fought worldwide and Brazilian. As a teacher, he was champion with children at the 2010 Brazilian Nationals, runner-up in 2011 and team champion in 2017 no-gi.Our National and International Achievements Brazilian children's and youth champion 2010 as a teacher; Champion of Roraimense in 2010;Vice Brazilian Pre-Mirim Champion 2011 as a teacher; Bi - Amazonense Team Champion in 2012; Team champion of the Copa do Brasil No Gi 2017; 5th place overall Copa America de BJJ - Boa Vista - RR 2018

Currently he has dedicated himself to social causes such as the social project with more than 400 subscribers in addition to the public life he exercises, occupying several prominent positions in governments
Currently, Cohen Jiu-Jitsu has Professionals – Educators, Teachers, Instructors, Athletes – who, with the same conviction as Mestre Cohen, believe that a space is possible and vital in which, through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu – a national sport that has been growing and strengthening in Brazil and in the world, it is possible to improve the lives of children and young people in our society.
